At present Agri office staff do data collection only and gain by doing corrupt practice in subsidy.Instead they may be used for guiding farmers practically on latest technology, machinery usage, selection of profitable crops, export, etc.

At present taking soil from ponds, canals etc, for developing agri lands is treated as an offence.Farmers should be allowed to take soil from the ponds &canals and to use it in their lands.Mixing of soil will boost land fertility and crop production will be higher.By this, ponds & canals will be deepened without involving Govt expenditure and more rain water will also be harvested by increasing the storage capacity.

Subsidy to fertiliser units is of no use, because they increase the price very often even after getting susidy. This increase in cost burdens farmers and the farm expenses increase.Instead farmers may be given incentive through their bank accounts, based on the farm product output after verifying usage of lands for different crops. For this a committee consisting of VAO and 5 farmers in each village may be constituted. This will also induce farmers to do organic farming.

Hundred days work in villages may be stopped since the payment is made, by keeping people idle, thereby causing shortage of farm workers. Instead the downtrodden people may be identified and the amount may directly be credited to their bank accounts.

Manufacturing of Agri machineries in India, is to be given preference by offering tax &other benefits to these units.Excise duty &other sales tax also should be waived and all the agri machineries should be made available at an affordable cost (including subsidy) to the farmers. In addition loan with no interest tobe considered. At present machines are imported &they cost high.By this, labour force and operating expenses can be reduced.Farmers suicide will definitely go away &they will thrive.

Govt staff are compensated the price index by way of DA,increment, pay commission etc.but there is no gradual increase in price for the crops and it actually reduces when there is heavy production. In the market, the cost of all the products increase except the cost of crops, obtained from farmers.(a)There should be a minimum price fixation for all the crops every year, based on the price index.(b)Storage facility to be made available for storing excess production.

Sir
I belong from Haryana. I want to share my views with you as per you know Haryana is agegarian state and I belongs from farmer family. Since my father is farmer so I very much aware of the conditions of farmers. As Haryana doesn't avail any kind of irrigation source so the major problem lies there is irrigation. The land is very much fertile and if you really want to help us then please provide us some kind of facilities which would increase production. I would be highly obliged.

aaj farmers ki life bahut hi bed condition me hai kv mausam ki maar sahta hai to kv govt. ki maar sahta hai. bharat ek krishipradhan desh hote hue v farmer ki condition bahut buri hai.farmer jo pure desh ko food deta hai lekin farmers ko sirf ek time ka food milta hai.govt. se sirf yahi kehna hai ki fertile field pe koi project nahi start kiya jaye aur farmers ke jeene govt. ki taraf se use help kiya jaye taki use suicide na kerna pade.
