BUT ACTUALLY the main PROBLEM is after getting compensation, it would be difficult to find new land immediately in nearby areas. And regular Income of the family is stopped.
SUGGESTION:--Now I think government should give 2 options to the farmer, whose land is acquired ,
1. either he can take the full compensation amount
OR
2. Government should give him tax-free Bonds of equivalent amo

Respected Pradhan Mantriji, Just teach/inform /advice the staff of all agricultural offices and Krishi Bhawans - including Kerala- the meaning of Public Servant. We farmers need a decent behavior and clear cut instructions to access government services. We cannot afford teasing and time wasting. (My mobile no is 8289934121)

Recently new trends are started:1.acquired the land in the name of farming/Industry 2: give bribe to authority and change the land use 3. make building or commercialised plot to generate profit. Recently number of such cases I have seen in my area. Please stop such trend and also ensure that the land should be used for stated purpose only otherwise it should be returned to government and it should be allotted to farmers for farming as long as land is not utilised for stated purpose

Sir, there are many land acquisition for industry in past but either the industry not set up or industries are closed on those lands. First make a plan to utilised those required land then only new land should acquired by competent authority.
