Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will share his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ with the farmers of India on 22nd March 2015.

The Prime Minister is very keen to interact with his farmer sisters and brothers across India and would also like to hear their thoughts, ideas and insights on a wide range of issues relating to agriculture. He has requested farmers across India to write to him and send letters to ‘Mann Ki Baat, Akashvani, Sansad Marg, Delhi – 110001’. Some farmers can ask the Prime Minister their question directly during the episode.

The PM has repeatedly said that India cannot progress until the farmers of the Nation progress and has assured that the Centre will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the agricultural progress of India.

Dear Sir, Introduce farmer quota of the shares (Like employee quota) if the land is aquired from a farmer for industrial use then in addition to due compensation, the females in that family should get proportionate shares from that industry as the employee of that company gets the employee quota shares.This will ensure the social securty towards the land lord.

Dear Prime Minister of India, Insurance on crops on natural calamities doesn't exist to help the Individual Farmer Make a new policy so either the Private Party or Government gives better insurance for small farmers[min 50%+ damage],a timely based claim method[survey and investigation in 2 mnths] after the farmer apples for claim. Provide training on new method of farming,soil test,crop selection support done once in 3 years. Increase the warm&cold storage capacity.Remove middlemen.
