Each rupee spent on educating masses will bring maximum returns much more than any thing else. So spend 1% of GDP and start health education ministry & teach staying healthy.[Most including doctors live unhealthy & sick & die young].This improves health of entire country. That includes children. India has 400 medical colleges.Ask them to do the needful to educate masses.Government’s medical education department runs on people’s money. It does nothing to teach people.Ask it to teach people.
