Give the responsibility of monitoring the new born children in their area/village to the Anganwadis and pay them a special bonus if the child is protected for a stipulated time period till the children are able to sustain from there on. Anganwadi's activities should be further monitored by non profit organizations. This way the basic purpose is solved and Anganwadi's pay will be improved. Responsibilities should include all the possible measures by them to make the children treated at right time

One of the most catastrophic process I have come across recently in many people's cases is Provident Fund Office's responsiveness. No one from the PF offices responds over phone. Most of their mail IDs are not functional. They say they only answer grievances. I suggest that there should be a one account based PF management, where each employee is equipped with an ATM card and there should be counters at each national Bank to serve them at regular basis. Kindly consider and reinstate the process

Survey to be carried out to know, in which section of society, death rate of children is more. Accordingly, preventive measures are to be formulated for implementation. Persons, aspiring to become parents must get the basic education regarding giving birth to child. Govt. machinery must take care of such education. Medical assistance must be given to the pregnant woman. In those section of populace, depending upon requirement, food supplement needs to be given to pregnant woman.Children must get required medical treatment.

The Govt. may kindly consider issue of smart card to Non Pensioner Senior Citizens above poverty line (middle class) and provide Govt sponsored Comprehensive Group Health Insurance for hospitalization and supply of medicines at CGHS Stores or at designated Hospitals as non pensioners can not afford to meet ever rising medical expenses in the days to come on account of the so called growth, growth ,growth. with surging neo middle class with full cover of insurance.
