Many skilled and technical persons had entered Govt. service only for financial security. their talen is going wasted . Given lien like opportunity many are in a position to set up and run new small scale industries which will create more job opportunities. A 5 year lien period w/o any financial benefits with an assurance that they can claim back their job after 5 years in the same post in case they want to come back is required. The health policy in Chhattisgarh is very faulty and is hindrance to further progress in the field of health .This policy of RSBY and MSBY is not for quality health care to poor but is making health care system worse. This should be revised. The govt and insurance company should be instructed to disberse the remuneration in time and complete otherwise interest of doctors shall decline and health system shall be paralysed soon.

Death comes to anyone due to lack of food, water and hygiene. We must eat proper food free of fertilizers that kill our organs, drink water that doesn't pollute our body and maintain personal hygiene which prevents diseases from outside. If these three are maintained, I am sure anyone can live disease free and free of hunger. Setup basic food facility and hygiene camps often to spread the awareness of good food habits and personal hygiene. Our tax money can be used to benefit children from death
