Gov must take a very bold step to improve health in our country. The step is to nationalize all the corporate hospitals and keep all the charges for any treatment same throughout the country. This step will automatically bring down corruption in corporate hospitals .

Health is wealth. Is it taught & practiced in India. Government must make it compulsory to teach Yoga proven science of preventive & curative health . Discipline Persistence at all cost . Sun rises & sets 24*7 without complaint. Birds animals take better care of bodies. Even parents need to be taught to have & imbibe discipline of mindful eating & taking care of the body . Parents like me were bogged down in books for a meaningless degree & got specs & suffer from pollution related disease.

Sir, all children born should be provided with a smart card on birth registration which will make them eligible for treatment at any government hospital till 15 years of age & at concessional rate at private institutes that can be covered under an insurance scheme. All children should have mandatory yearly hospital visits upto the age of 5 years for vaccination, charting growth parameters, identifying developmental problems, dental care & deworming, which can be monitored by the smart card.

Sir, the most common causes of childhood mortality & morbidity continue to remain malnutrition & communicable diseases. For a country with excess grain stock, malnutrition is an anachronism, it simply means the balwadis, anganwadis & local primary schools are not efficient enough. Unless, these organisations are made accountable, pilferage strictly dealt with & staffed suitably we will not see change. Also, migrant workers will require specific attention with the onus being on the employers.

Hon PM Greetings!!! I sent to PM Office a summarized form of my first of three CONCEPTS which aimed at ELEVATEING NATIONAL ECONOMIC PROGRESS. It was dated 13-11-2014. The email ID mentioned therein was bskirpal@gmail.com The concept, if incorporated, would redefine India as SONEY KI CHIDIYA as it was internationally known some 1100 years ago. It would fill NATIONAL TREASUREY at the rate Rs 600 million per month for 180 years and then Rs40000 million per month for all times to come. BALDEV s
