Our country has made significant progress in bringing down the number of death among children below 5 years. However the number of child deaths is still very high. Children are particularly vulnerable to malnutrition and infectious diseases, many of which can be prevented and managed with appropriate timely interventions. Through this platform Department of Health Research/ Indian Council of Medical research invites suggestions, views, best practices, innovative ideas to be tested through research to improve health of children and prevent avoidable deaths.

1) Sugar Cane cultivators are committing suicide for want of benefit. My suggestion why not advise them to cultivate STAVIA (SWEET LEAVES), as raw material for production of Sugar, which can be consumed even by the diabetics(being zero calories). It is economical too for them, since Stavia can be cultivated 3 to 4 times/year and profit will be Rs.2 Lakhs/Acre land (any type). 2) Civilian Defence Pensioners (Ordnce Fys)must be provided with free treatment facilities at Command (Military)Hospital.

Prevention of death of children is a matter of educating the family about it right from the pregnancy period to post birth care.

There are lot of people who eat gutka pan masala eating for to avoid starvation. Even some poor people eat 50 paisa paper mint candy by that they post pone starvation. Where as some category people plan their lunch and dinner in which location of India.

Please stop manufacturing, importing selling and spraying chemical fertilizers to vegitables. Only bio fertilizer to veg plants. By that quality food increase and farmers get fare price. No need to spend for health related issues.

Mr. Prime minister you have started the Ac train from Naharlagun to Delhi for the citizens of Arunachal Pradesh ,a great achievement for you and Indian Railways as a whole.But, Sir for the people of Tawang, Bomdila or west side of Arunachal Pradesh there is no stoppage.I request you to kindly arrange a Stoppage in BALIPARA Railway Station PIN-784101. This will help us to catch the train without going to Rangapara which is 22 kilometres away.This is fault of Indian Railways as Balipara is nearest
