One of the effective ways for bringing awareness among public is the connection between swach bharat and prevention of vector borne diseases. A healthy clean environment prevents vector borne diseases which are largely thrive in dirty places.

Swine flu which has become a seasonal disease in India must be addressed immediately. Brining awareness among people about the symptoms and preventive measures can greatly help in curbing the spread of this disease. Simple instructions like washing your hands and feet before eating or when you enter home, Cover your mouth and nose with a mask while going out in swine flu affected areas, wear a mask in largely crowded places, are very helpful.Small things can make a big difference.

Dear Sir, Please implement a Country wide process to improve the garbage collection so that garbage and waste is not dumped near housing societies. I live near a society where the garbage is dumped on the adjascent road which attracts flies and emits foul smell. Repeated attempts to raise this with local authorities have not helped so far.
