The reliability culture needs to be imbibed in each and every employee of an organization to achieve the concept of total reliability in the plant. For this culture change, employees are to be educated, trained to acquire new skills. People in the organization are to be motivated to create a desire to change the culture towards reliability. This reliability training is provided by one of the world’s best machinery vibration training institute known as MOBIUS INSTITUTE, with its head office based

made in terms of huge machinery and equipment whose reliability is very critical for the operation and sustainability of the plant. The machinery installed in the plant are to be monitored for their health by some condition monitoring technologies (like machinery vibration analysis, performance monitoring etc.,) just like human health is being monitored by a doctor. The reliability of these machinery depends on all factors right from purchase of machinery, storage, maintenance, operation.

Respectable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi ji,
As a citizen of India, I am really proud to explain my opinion and share my views as requested by you for your Australia visit.

Part 4
India separated from Africa and Australia only 140 mya followed by the separation of South America from Africa and of Australia from Antarctica. Both India and Australia are still on move in northeastern direction at 5–6 centimeters per year though India has joined Asia to form Himalayas and close Tethys whose remnant now exists as Mediterranean. Thus having the same ancestry we may touch Himalayan heights and Oceanic depths in our political cooperation.

Part 3
They drifted apart again 3 million year (my) later and moved in clockwise and anticlockwise directions until a new configuration evolved as supercontinent Pangea. This latest ancestor of today’s globe has so far seen 3 splits: 1st into 2 mega continents of Kenorland and Gondwanaland, 2nd wherein Gondwana (gond-vana in Sanskrit) broke into India, Australia, Africa, South America and Antarctica and 3rd in which Laurentia broke into North America and Greenland separating from Eurasia.

For address to OZ Parliament as deemed fit:
Part 1
Australia and India are offspring of the same landmass of the globe. According to a Scientific Hypothesis, this 4.6 billion old Earth initially consisted of hundreds of small islands and archipelagos. The first ever grouping of these islands took place some 3 billion years ago (bya) in the form of continent Ur which embodied what now constitutes Australia, India and the Madagascar.

One word, Uranium. Australia has 33% of World Reserves of Uranium and 11% of World Production. If we advise them on better techniques to extract that Uranium and also invest in that process, we get Uranium at much lower rates(such a treaty can be signed). By this, we produce clean energy at the various Nuclear power stations we have!
