Refresher courses for all jobs /professions/ carried out through ODL. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. All government servants must undergo periodical refresher courses through ODL. 2. All establishments should send their employees to refresh their knowledge by Odl and on line courses.

1.3 Continued: Watching them on TV or Newspaper is not enough. India lives in its villages and the students/youth shoul be exposed to the living and econmomic conditions. This will develop a strong nationalistic and patriotism feeling among the youth and youngsters. The students help in coming up with new ways to promote tourism in the villages . Can help the villages in the digital literacy by helping theem to operate internet and PC. Also agricultural information can be by the youth to them

Continued: Maybe the MBA students can help in developing new marketing methods for the cottage, textile or the artifacts industries in the rural area. Also the students too can learn from it. Maybe this can be tried on a small level for IIT/IIMs and then expanded further. Also the instead on industrail tour a village camp can be orgainsed for a week or two where the students live the live a villager and learn and develop his own understanding to the other part of the society.

In my Grany's village ( bhind district, M.P.) as I'm watching for last 25 years.. there is a school for namesake.. Neither the teacher comes nor the students... and the saddest thing is nobody complains... there is a degree college in nearby town.. which offers the so called degrees and not the education..

The Medical students have to give a 1 year in practicing in the rural areas where there is not much health care services. That can be implemented in the same way for the Engineering, MBA students too with the help of District and panchayat administration and an NGO if needed. They students can be involved in Education, volunteering, developing new skill among the youth that has missed out those opportunities, develop some new technology or juggad for example the biogas or setting small business.

Excellent policies are implemented by our govt. but the question is how effectively. Like the Mid-Day Meal... the policy is wonderful but alas it's a great flop..

Honorable PM, I solute to your ambition towards our country to make a Great Nation. I really appreciate your vision for leading to a great country .... for this purpose I feel one thing is most important to consider 'The Education'. I believe that's only one to make us and our country, as individually and entirely, with full of health and wealth. I'm plead to give us 'Wary Education' instead simple education. That help us to grow individually and socially to make our country - 'Great'.

1.Faculty in engineering and management colleges must have industry experience and must be doing consultancy. Compare this with the medical field where doctors are made to work on hospitals continuously.In the absence of actual industry experience, professors in so called professional fields end up having only theoretical knowledge and are unaware of actual latest developments.

Hello ,sir, first of all,make education system clear and good.Sir, i got less than 60% in 10 and 12 class.Thats why, i am not able to apply in any mnc.If it is compulsary , why minimum percentage is 60 %.

Respected sir, I want to complain about recruitment in major PSUs like NTPC,IOCL,SAIL,etc. They are recruiting engineers through GATE, then why they are having there own eligibility criterias like minimum 65% in b.tech graduation. Why can't these PSUs set their minimum criteria as pass % in graduation like UPSC exams have. Now, suppose a student gets 1st rank in GATE and he is having below 60% in graduation then he will not be selected in these PSUs. So what's the use of 1st rank.
