I feel the current education system is not giving any value addition in terms of actual employment. If we concentrate on introducing common education system across length & breadth of the country , we may be able to have uniformity in terms of quality in education. The quota/reservation system needs to be removed and free education to all to be introduced. This will give opportunity to each & every individual. Further growth into job should be only on merit basis which will give equal opportunit

Reach of internet should be widened. The degrees from the ODL should be given equal status as given to the main stream degrees. 3.But is should be of skills only. 4.Not during the school life. 5.The study material should be easily available of these courses.

the main idea is to be promoting of e-learning which is a great idea but it should be implemented after undergraduation so that the students and youth will be learning and experiencing many situations which are to be known. the students should mingle with all kinds of society people for that they need to attend with all in a college or school. E- learning can be provided for job seekers, married men and women etc..even prisoners. i really appreciate everyones idea and jai hind.

More and More of college learning should be imparted through online mode, so that students can earn their living while in education. It should be given equal status to regular college education. We have often come across instances where the degree issued by Open Universities are treated as B grade and preferred while seeking job opportunity. We required skilled manpower, this can be obtained by imparting the non practical subjects through on line mode. This will reduce the burden of colleges.
