we should clean our ganga for better environment and have to be take a best decision regarding clean ganga for stay away from illness , we all have to be think together for work together its not only government's work to clean and think i woul love to say all our citizens to take care and about clean ganga and please do not waste your garbage and other waste in ganga because it affect on our environment ,i would love to say that if we all look after the ganga then there is no illness

As this is a perennial river, water can be taken thru canals or thru massive pipelines to cities or states which requires water for drinking or irrigation. Lot of fishes can be let in in the upstream which will also clean the river.

No: 4 The same river water should be pumped to the cities lying on the sides with treatment of course, so that people will understand that they are drinking this water and they should pollute the same. No 5 Continuous patrol waterway monitoring should be there No: If people feel holy Ganges will remove their sins if bathed or sprinkled, then govt can setup mass showers close to holy shrine where people can take bath or sprinkled. No getting inside river.

To clean River Ganga, No:1 Restriction on tourist should be made. Initially stop the tourist for 6 months. No river bathing or holy bathing, no rituals good or bad, no bodies or ashes. No 2: Setup massive STP's to process the waste water of the cities lying along the river. No: 3 No of tourist per day should be restricted on important holy places to avoid congestion.

Official and local government is not serious about clean Ganga, Yamuna and Gomti and other holy River in India . Example in our city Lucknow so many people like us fight for clean Gomti River .There are many numbers of STP was established and expending more than 100 crores rupees in last 4 to 5 years but not functioning till now, it is like white elephant . Serioudness only shows on paper and media only .

Regular Feeding of treated waste water river at possible close intervals all along the cities.

A BIG DIA OF DRAIN SHOULD BE LAID ALONG BOTH SIDE BANK OF GANGA IN BIG CITIES FOE COLLECTING WASTE WATER COMING FROM RESIDENCE.AND THAT WATER MAY PURIFY OUT SIDE OF CITIES.STRONG STEEL MESS MAY BE LAID IN GANGA ABOUT 20 M INSIDE THE BANK OF RIVER FROM BED OF RIVER TO HFL OF RIVER,IT MAY HELP TO STOP TO MIX THROWN WASTAGE IN REST WATER AND THAT 20 M AREA MAY CLEAN TIME TO TIME EASILY.
