In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

In the same vein, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas on how technology can be used to uproot corruption and suggest innovations to fight the malice in an effective manner. Ideas and suggestions can be provided in the form of a comment below or by attaching a PDF document.

my opinion is simple all problem have only one solution that is education.if everyone is having all detailed knowledge with correct information about our policy or govt. schemes. corruption target only those people who have zero knowledge or incomplete knowledge like farmer,partially educated not able to understand technology.solution is that we need to focus on how to teach people so they can understand technologies or help us.maximum farmer or villagers don't know how to use internet banking

Recently www.oxigencspnow.com a ISO 9001:2008 organization fraud with me for bank bc. From my experience I suggest govt to start all the service under govt sites and give details of all govt approved sites in Google so that every one got it easily. Also available all govt phone number for all service where public call a single number and got every govt and non govt site details. All the govt policies are get in a single Windows. I apply for bank bc through ISO organization but they cheated me.

We should link all the degree certificates with aadhar to avoid fake degrees. We should place cctv cameras inside every government office and the footage should be regularly viewed by the vigilance department. Care should be taken that these footages are not tampered.

we have to make stringent punishment like 20years jail and confiscation of property for corruption. Technology can reduce corruption but will not eliminate it. We have make it unprofitable for indulging in corruption.

SIR APPLY EMERGENCY RULES FOR GOVT EMPLOYEES,NETAS (PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVES) AND THEIR RELATIVES. A MOBILE APP,TWITTER HANDLE AND PUBLIC COMPLAINT POINTS LIKE ATMS TO REPORT THE MISCREANTS IN GOVT. SINGLE COMMITTEE SHOULD HANDLE THIS TECH FOR ALL LEVEL OF GOVERNMENTS ( CENTER, STATE, LOCAL BODIES). AADHAR NUMBER BADGE COMPULSORY FOR THERE IDENTITY AND REPORTING IN SYSTEM FOR SMALL CRIMES OR BIG CRIMES DIRECTLY TERMINATE THERE JOBS. THEY SHOULDNT BE JOINED AGAIN EXCEPT WHEN UNAVOIDABLE

and ofcourse...govt. should incurage peoples ,not to give bribe....by organising campaign and introducing an app...where people can share there story of being effected by corruption...and so govt. employee exposed...... after all.. peoples have to do all things...without peoples govt. can't do any thing

It is true that Modi Government has taken bold steps to reduce Corruption. The Government DEPARTMENT are made Hi Tech being everything ONLINE.This is called RIGHT use of Technology.The Touts have been ragged out of GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS.No intermediate is there in many of the Departments. This will lead to Corruption Free INDIA in future.But there is still lack of Technology in area of JUSTICE. The Court Proceeding should be put ONLINE so as to People are not been Misguided by the Lawyers.staf

As govt.has taking good disission but due to all currprt officials from all departments it is not implemented. You have to make sure that all currprt officials are banned on .and also all politician who r current they also banned now we have to be crossed a limit of curreption . If we can not stop curreption we can not move forward Thanks

Educations institutions are one of place where black money is created. No school/college gives the receipts and take only the cash. Why can we make then to declare the fee in advance and take fee only bank transfer?

1.PMJDY PART II with PAN INDIA MOVEMENT to rejuvenate all the accounts opened. RBI should come with the policy that PMJDY accounts will never deactivated or in other words if there is no transaction for one or two years the PMJDY account will remain live. 2. For LOU LOC type all the huge transaction above Rs. 10 crores 100% audit should make compulsory..3. Statutory auditors should be given staff accountability and strick actions should be immediately imposed for their involvements.4. No cash .
