In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

I think there must be strict provisions in law against corruption so that people could fear to do corruption All family members (18+) should know about their family resources if anyone gets guilty their family person also responsible for punishment because whatever he has done to get benefits for their family members only....

For the banking sector, any one who is taking any loan from the bank more than the certain limit, his passport must be linked with immigration department, and his movement must be made limited.He must have to inform with all proper documentation to bank if he wants to leave country for business purpose.

In my opinion Aadhar has Two Different Aderess viz Current Address & Permanent Address As other most of doccument had options. After That all Transactions Should be done threough online only, none through physicaly, thus curruption will pe reduced.

Dear Honorable Modiji: As an OCI, I am running into a lot difficulties trying to open a regular savings or checking account in a bank in Chennai. I am asked to provide AADHAAR card, which I do not have. Some of my friends tell me that AADHAAR card is not required to open a bank account but the banks insist on it. In the meantime, I am unable to send money to help my relatives' kids with education. Can you or your honorable Finance Minister make a statement on the requirements of AADHAAR card.

Nowadays more corruption and its effect is happening with traffic rules whistleblowers. Also it causes many problems and even may lead to death of the offenders. so the policy makers are indeed to avoid it in future. Hanging a camera in the shirts or collars of the policemen will help in reducing corruption which is at the doorstep of the people

Using online document acceptance for any services, officers will not be able to harass people wrongly.Those prescribed documents submitted online and approved online. Government can directly control and monitor work in progress and cut down peoples under table work.

The construction industry has maximum corruption, our global rankings has taken a hit because of the amount of permissions required for construction. United States of America has a simple solution to this they have a book of rules and regulations which are frozen the violation of these rules and regulations are only surveyed after the completion of the building. Failure equals demolition hence minimal violation and saving of time manpower/bribe and money.

Blockchain technology will revolutionize the way system works .. If understood properly, we can build peer to peer decentralized systems over the internet using blockchain as security (which is immutable to hacks) to counter frauds (like in case of Nirav Modi loan defaults from PSUs), build voting systems, corporate systems etc. We need more and more platforms in India where people who are interested in building applications using blockchain as the core technology can work together freely .

Yes. We have to remove the corruption fully from India. Each and every transaction should be paperless. Everything will be accountable. At the same time, the government also has to implement flexibilities for each transaction. This is not only for general public. This has to be strictly implemented for all companies and government institutions also. This has to start from top-level persons. Then bottom level persons will control automatically. Any government service has to be avail on-line only.
