-Recording authorisation electronically by concerned officials with their digital signature.
-CBI, ED, Courts at various levels to dispose cases expeditiously. Staffing them adequately with right set of skills/people.
-Criminals/defendants using wilful delay tactics should be denied time.
-No innocent should be punished, even if 100 criminals escape! Wrong premise to jurisprudence in today's world.
-Hike salaries to a level that staffers won't look for illegal gratification. Caution upfront!

Saying is simple but doing is difficult. Say, MP Govt tried to reduce corruption by supposedly removing agents (its should former agents since there is not much of a difference because like in RTO, registration is allowed to outside the office building where the agents as per their whims, not much different from earlier; may be time taken and expenditure might have reduced considerably but still not complete). Direct registration inside the office is a must, and similarly.....

AADHAR SHOULD BE COMPULSORY FOR EVERY ELECTRONICS PURCHASE (LIKE TV, REFRIGERATOR, MOBILES, WASHING MACHINES ETC.)AND FOR VHICLES AND IT SHOULD ALSO MENDATORY FOR THE SELLER TO UPDATE THE DETAIL ON AADHAR PORTAL, BECAUSE MANY OF THE PEOPLE HAVE THESE ALL THINGS BUT THEY ARE USING THE FACILITY OF BPL CARD BECAUSE THERE IS NO TRACKING FACILITY AND IT WILL ALSO HELP IN ECONOMIC CENSUS, THERE IS NO NEED TO DO PHYSICAL CENSUS. IT WILL SAVE THE TIME AND MONEY BOTH & REDUCE CORRUPTION USING TECHNOLOGY.

Digital and technology are the basic platforms to minimise corruption. No doubt.
The bureaucracy, police, investigation agencies, banks and others who are supposed to be the agencies for charging the corrupt and eradicating crime and corruption, are themselves unable to come out of clutches of decades of deep-rooted graft and personal gratification culture! Many politicians take to politics to make money in a big way, far beyond their salaries! Punitive/exemplary punishment need of the hour!

One major change required in prevention of corruption is the automation of recruitment by appointemnts using candidates from only those with verified credentials, and the introduction of frequent psychrometrics during the tenure of an employee of the GOI and state Governments. The appointments must also be purely term tenures with no gauranteed extensions.
Regulations related to tenure extension can be based off brownie points earned during tenure judged against set criterion.
