MECHANISM REQUIRED FOR MONITORING & ACCOUNTABILITY OF EACH EMPLOYEE FOR THEIR JOB/ PERFORMANCE TOWARDS THEIR DUTIES FOR WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN APPOINTED ON DAILY BASIS.
OVERSTAYING ON DUTY ON REGULAR BASIS MUST BE QUESTIONED BECAUSE IT INDICATES INEFFICIENT PLANNING & WORKMANSHIP WITH WASTAGE OF DEPARTMENTAL RESOURCES.
FOLLOWINGS MUST BE PUNISHED: INFORMATION- FACT HIDER; CREATING HURDLES FOR OTHER DURING DUTY; TEMPERING ORG. RECORDS; MISUSING POWER FOR SELF INTEREST; NOT TAKE ACTION ON DEMAND

BEFORE GETTING THE POST OR PROMOTION, ONE HS TO PERFORM & DEMONSTRATE HIS/HER CAPABILITY FOR IT. IT MUST HAS ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY ACCORDING HIS ADDITIONAL BENEFITS. IN CASE OF FAILURE THEIR MUST BE A PROVISION FOR PUNISHMENT.
THERE MUST BE A TIME FRAME TO TAKE CORRECT DECISION FOR DECISION MAKER & IMPLEMENTER.
GROUP OF ESSENTIAL & SUPPORTING STAFF MUST BE CATEGORIZES AND PAYMENT MUST BE FIXED ACCORDINGLY. THIS WILL AVOID LOAD OF INEFFICIENT & NONPRODUCTIVE STAFF ON THE ORGANISATION.

Sir, Lower grade ki job ke liye v mim 10th qualification hona chahiye , Par Minister, chif minister hone ke liye koi qualification ki requrment nahi hoti hai, uneducated ministers hi sabse jayada corruption me involve rahte hai. Government ko Minister banane ke liye education compulsory kar dena chahiye.. #Jai Hind

We have to start knowledge transfer session about the rights of citizen so that they come to know about their rights.
Common man is busy in earning their bread and butter they do not have time to look in to other things they only look in to all these things once they face any situation.
We can start this knowledge transfer session by social media or by creating a separate ministry named Knowledge Transfer To People.

EASY. TRANSPARENT & SIMPLE MECHANISM REQUIRED TO MONITOR YOUR SENIORS. DISCIPLINARY ACTION ON THEM BY JUNIORS MUST BE MAKE EFFECTIVE IF SENIORS DO NOT TAKE CORRECTIVE & EFFECTIVE ACTIONS WITH OPTIMUM TIME FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR ORGANISATION, NOT PERFORM THEIR DUTY FOR WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN POSTED WITH ALL FACILITIES.
IN PRODUCTION TYPE ORG. EXPERIENCE. WORKMANSHIP, NATURE OF DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES MUST BE GIVEN AT THE TOP PRIORITY THEN HIGHER QUALIFICATION IF ONE IS BETTER IN REMAINING
