Skill in my younger days in the sixties and seventies came from the Industrial Training Institutes, on job training and apprenticeship. The next level was the Polytechnic college and finally the Engineering colleges. A student from school or even a higher school drop out joined these based on his/her academic brilliance and economic background. But all three were chosen by the students willingly and they did not regret joining any of these because they could find some placement after completing these courses. In fact the sandwich engineering course offered by PSG college of Technology, Coimbatore was one of the sought after because it opened up an opportunity to the student to join a Polytechnic course if economically he could not afford a degree course and then move on Engineering Degree course. This is akin to what has been thought about in NEP.
However, as the country progressed and the citizens prospered the aspirations of the parents have gone up and chose Engineering only

Tail of the drone should have plough to dig land in a straight line manner.
Only plough should touch the ground.
other all parts are to be moving in air with remote control slowly. heavy motor with higher hp to run drone
Then another drone designed to sow the seed has to move behind it.
It should contain a container to hold the seed or seedlings and a hole with automatic shutter to drop them in the grew done by previous drone. It should be programmed to open shutters for every 3sec

Today a lot of young engineers are jobless but ready to work in fields with social protection. “Till with skill” scheme unites such engineers (knowledgeable about modern gadgets), traditional farmers (knowledgeable about natural forming), landlords (unutilized for want of help), and financiers (bank or corporate) to bring together to form a unit with encouragement from government. T&S will promote modern agriculture, digital technology, new secured jobs simultaneously.

Skill India Movement was a good initiative started by the govt of India in 2014 under make in India compaign . But if we talk about the ground reality of this movement in today's snerio ,it would be found to be negligible , the actual behind it is not corona but the bad policy of the govt .Intially its aim was to counter china in terms of goods and services by launching this movement under make in India movement . When PM launched Make In India ,the main problem at that this movement faced is the huge scarcity of skilled manpower ,at that time percentage of skilled manpower is less than 2 %.
There are many sub-scheme was launched under this movement ,but the main problem this initiative faced is the huge scarcity of good infrastructure and well facilited atmosphere . Intially when it was started many foreign companies came in India but if today we find that most of the company left from India . These days government focussed for re-launching , so good atmosphere is necessary for it.

Its sounds like a No Brainer or Hogwash.. The easiest suggestion will be to simply look at established institutions & their advertising practices Especially in Social media & copy the basic observed features. What is initially needed now is Advertising. That the central govt is doing a lot. But 50% of the Ad is full of mundane Political motifs & figurehead ministers. If the Digital India can't invest 5% of Facebook booster marketing. Then it should increase the size & scale of Banner ads in RURAL Areas & at every Gas station or Motels across highway Where rent is cheap or absent.!
Somany banners are on Cigarette & Whisky at these points. Only encouraging Drink & Drive. When there is no need for it. REAL Workforce comes from hamlets & towns. So Govt need to setup a 24-5 govt Ombudsman. At every Post office Bank Police & Railway station.
But all That Govts never wants to do.! Simply keep asking IDLE Suggestions & Do nothing but Fool PPL like cattle.? all Hogwash IAS coal machines..

Skill India is a great initiative by government, by which we can convert a huge unprivileged population to the human resource (human capital)
From my point of view from past years govt had spend huge amount of money on such programmes and the bitter truth is very few deservings are getting fruit out of it, before initiation of any other new plan we need to focus on our previous flaws-
1. Beneficiaries identification, make sure right skill training reaches to the right and deserving person.
2. Keep check on leakage(corruption) going in such schemes
3. These should not be top to down schemes,
Proper survey must be there to acknowledge the needs of unprivileged people.
These are few points that I want our government to check on.
