Dear honorable members,
Multi-domain military operations are always considered as very complex and challenging. Not only are there many aspects to deception but also the convergence of domains brings about a radical shift in the way the systems are used in performing a function. Thus, even though military deception is an objective but the manner in which it can be implemented depends upon subject matter expertise in each of the domains. The reason for listing the topic here is that it requires a lot of training and skill development efforts and it will be imperative for the defense forces to go through the learning curve during peace-time rather than figuring out during a war.Since multi-domain warfare is a very vast area where many decades of research work have resulted in the creation of technology or processes that are used in the technology we should aim for training defense personnel in a large scale so that they can start understanding the nuances in technology.

am an entrepreneur ,we entrepreneurs know that it’s very important to be competitive.Skill india 2.0 should be more of industry driven People should be trained by the industry not the institutions. If people will be trained by industry professionals they will skill india in true sense what ever benefit should be given it should be given to the industry. It should be more of like apprentice like a chartered accountant has to pass .candidate gets a certificate from industry will gain confidence

Industry Connect initiative is useful for established industry sectors. Many companies already have extensive training programs and assessments. They should be encouraged to offer them to interested members of the public, free of charge. This way, citizens can find their interest and skill level and these companies can hire already trained citizens (saving the training cost after hiring). Thank you.

Transfers are a rule of life in govt services be it state or central. Previously children of transferred employee used to get admission in CBSE or central schools as language compulsion was not there and other subjects are in english. But now all states have made their local language compulsory. How can a child start learning local language in middle schoolor high school? Even after that there is no guarantee that the employee is not transferred to other place with different local language. This is really killing education of these children though they may excell in remaining subjects.Atleast CBSE schools & central schools must be exempted from making local language compulsory. Or let our PM suggest how to solve this problem wherein lakhs of children are suffering due to parochial approach. How can we think of skill enhancement when basic education is riddled with silly problems creating obstacles.
