Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

After Globalization, between 1990 and 2000 there was a rapid increase in global outsourcing to India in IT, ITES and ER&D sectors and increasing demand for engineering graduates. In this same period, huge number of Technical institutions were opened to accommodate the above needs. Though the trend of outsourcing still continues, the scenario in demand vs supply is different now. Now, over 14 Lakhs students are passing out every year in Technical Education in India (AICTE Report) and less than 10% of these graduates are employed in the top 10 IT / ITES and ER&D companies. About 60% of them are underemployed (or unemployed) due to lack of required skills. Institutions are claiming that they have good placements as their marketing point but the industry is struggling to get the right talents. (see attachment)

in continuation to my submissions, I wish to propose to have a platform inviting every citizen of this country to participate with their ideas on a free flow and evaluate with a feedback, so as to allow every citizen with their block free mode and review their views for betterment. Need to take forward for an upliftment with technical support so that we can generate another world of economic fore front within this country with pride. Please bring in one single platform allowing every interested citizen of this country to take part with a proper feedback to the participant on their idea flow. This will give boost to the participant and encouragement too. There should not be any age bar, no criteria pedestals. This will help in many ways of development.

यदि इस फिल्म को प्रोत्साहित किया जाए तो भारत की संपूर्ण गरीबी और बेरोजगारी तहसील जिला एवं राज्य स्तर पर नागरिक कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम कराना भारत के उ हर पंचायत में कक्षा बनाएं और कक्षा में पढ़ा कर को कुशल बनाएं

1. Form the classes at every panchayat and make people to skilled by teaching classes. 2. To make one skilled we need skilled teachers so recruitment of teachers are necessary by recruiting we can create employment as well. 3. Making school teachers and college professors to attend the class and teach the same to students.
