अच्छे level के institute खोल कर skill india को develop किया जा सकता है। इन institute को national level की सुविधाएं दी जाये जिससे वो अच्छे level की training दे सकें।

Skill landscape can be in multiple category ,one is on basic survival ,labour ,technicians ,traders ,agents ,broker based ,other skill set can be on category of salaried working class ,with education ,technology skills ,third can be of enterpeuner ,start ups ,it firms ,another could be industrialisation ,production ,machinery ,another could be at international level like export goods manufacture and trading business at international lvl including it human resources at international lvl ,all such category need to be educated ,employed ,appropriately with available such institutes and employer ,like a baton chain race unstoppable

Govt need to first decide on what path they want nation to be developed ,as per international demand ,specially export ,like goods in demand internationally ,or human resources in demand internationally ,in digital world human resources can earn from country by doing jobs of other country ,based on that have such training educational institutes ,right from secondary high school stage ,and further such colleges ,enterpeunership starters ,loans to such business ,such industries ,ease in doing export ,to devlop country ,simultaneous to survival ,employment based skill set for upcoming population
