Freshers who seeks job opportunities may join skill development training programs only if they offer job on successful completion of the training course. Otherwise it is wasting of money. Yes, if the training is free of cost then do not miss the chance. Should engage ourselves in some work till we get a right job opportunity. We should understand the meaning of ECO system, here everything is cycle, and everyone is depending on others. With active presence of mind, see where we can engage ourselves in nature's cycle to get the benefit and also to serve others. Initially look for opportunity within the locality, if competition is too high then enlarge your searching circle. Sticking to one business is not a good idea, as the demand changes wrt time we should also change ourselves. Be bold enough and don't be shy to do any genuine job. Accept family business or adopt to other business comfortable to you. 90% people already changed their family business. Mindset is important to survive

Dear honorable members,
To emerge as a major knowledge center of the world,it will be imperative to look beyond the AIIMS-IIT combination in skill development programs. It would be a good idea if the AIIMS-IIT joint partnership programs can be extended to all state & central universities but great step would be if faculty development projects can be initiated in new areas of science and technology also. The global trends show a huge amount of research work is now happening in the multi-disciplinary areas of cognitive sciences, neurosciences and biological sciences which is not only vast but also requires special instrumentation and new approaches in the educational systems. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to expand the research ecosystem in the country and include students in state medical colleges-engineering colleges.Training by AIIMS-IIT staff in state educational institutions will raise the standards & provide students with better results besides International exchange programs

Use of Technology in Counselling and Career Planning: In addition to the manual process of counselling, the TPs, post mobilization, have been increasingly relying upon technology, such as e-psychometric tests, to better gauge the aspiration level of the trainees and suggest a suitable career path. These online platforms blend artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions with strategic human interventions to improve the decision making for the end user.

India is facing an interesting talent paradox. It can be called a ‘talent abundant’ country as it is expected to have about 8,84,000 digitally skilled professionals by FY2020. It is also ‘talent deficit’ as the proportion of digitally skilled workforce is only about 20 percent of the total workforce employed in the IT-ITeS industry.

The Indian IT-ITeS industry is undergoing a paradigm shift due to advent of digital technologies, a shift that is touching all aspects of business, including talent. In the rapidly evolving technological landscape, the demand for talent is determined by mapping digital skills with evolving business needs. With advancements happening at a fast pace in emerging digital technologies, the nature of jobs and the skills needed to perform them are also changing. As new roles emerge and skills required to meet
them evolve, the size of the existing digitally skilled workforce currently employed will not to be enough to meet demand. According to NASSCOM’s demand-supply analysis, existing installed talent base of digitally skilled professionals in India across emerging technologies stood at 6,80,000 in FY2019 and is expected to reach 8,84,000 in FY2020.

In today’s digital age, technology is used as a strong lever for business growth. Organisations use digital technologies to revamp business processes, optimise resources, and enable data-driven decision making. Those that are not using these technologies at present are thinking of using digital technologies across business and service delivery. Despite the buzz around ‘digital’, there is no comprehensive and clear definition of ‘digital’. The Deloitte 2019 Tech Trends Report attempts to decode ‘digital’, tracing it back to its earliest use in correspondence with the SMAC stack (Social, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud), where mobile app development, responsive web, social listening, and cloud were termed as ‘digital’.

I think right now the lottery sector in India is very much disorganized like Nagaland state lottery, play india lottery , etc.
This should be regulated.
