landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

Building skills today is not a one-time activity. Also, the purpose should not just be to gain employment once. In order to have a digitally skilled qualified workforce, building blocks should be available at the central level. User-friendly common building blocks (e.g. APIs) would enable the students and working professionals to explore the new technologies to solve their problems. Thank you.

skill increase if need then have2 equal parallels landscape how cn go such a huge difference private/govt -make a balanced bet earning money -less allowence politician/govt why at least less _equal remuneration according 2 education &skill/work -if privatisation but with rules/regulation/law still govern by concern statutory body set a exact balance/equal model -if not apply strict rules do it trial/error base improvement it 2make 'aatmnirbhr' eg-pay according 2 work, modify change frequently model eg-if electric bill pending apply skill-take help of technology publish name even politician/govt ask people what 2do twit on it equal set rules equally -less give secure/safe feeling in govt secoror it done by british,change now -preventive methods 2leakage of money in govt skill not 2arrogance/incompetent/corrupt/ignorant eg-gave deadline 2work/in time bounded period open on screening on office take due date 2late -profit than salary -channelise skill...

Skill and technical education are different ,skill people get employment ,educated may not ,skill are of different types ,like sports ,labour ,technicians ,engineer ,architect ,information technology ,lawyers ,typist ,liasioning ,doctors ,chef ,in school itself seprate divisions at std 8 need to be given to students ,to select such skill based education ,in which field further training can be given on employment base ,employment based ,demand based .skill education development need to be there

Skilled employees in industries should get high wages. Same work same wage should be given. In many industries graduates and engineers wages differ though work, time is same. This is injustice to graduates and hence brain drain occurs. Infrastructure should be developed so that we can succeed, to make India digital, WIFI / net speed, charges, qualitative parts should be taken into consideration. Knowledge should be given of various skills through tv., radio, social media, news papers. We can do.

India has been a land of skill and knowledge since the prehistoric period. Today we are lacking nothing but an environment of interactive and practical classrooms under the able guidance of real Guru through qualitative apparatus as did enjoy by the heroes of early days. We have to do two things how to get a real classroom environment under genuine teachers and how to get the best tools required to become skilled and knowledge-based youth through indigenous people not to the dependent upon imports as we have been doing on the modernisation of the majority of the institution. Acquisition of Skills can easily be a crazy feature of 70℅ youth if things can be delivered in a language understood and spoken by them.Rural women and girls can improve their skills, whatever they possessed for the betterment of own, if encouraged to extend by the known trainer in the known atmosphere without fear and the favour.

Labour - Award Padma shree to Shri Dhashrat Manjhi from Gehlaur,bihar know as Mountain Man.who curve 110 m long , 9.1 m wide and 7.7 m deep using hammer and chisel I 22 year. Pending since 2006. Atleast take back from bastard Bollywood Antinational and give to real Hero to motivate youngsters.

We should create Indian Government Freelancer website and Mobile App on Google play and facilitate job seekers to register there skills to get service contract jobs. Government actions will be highly appreciated if it is initiated. Government can take a glance of other countries Web sites and Apps. to get an idea.
