Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World.

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

continuation of Document Control Trainings Document control functions, helps to quickly recover from the damages caused due to computer virus attacks /system crashes, sabotage acts etc. fire or other disasters. Imagine what will happen if land survey documents data is missing from the system? It also helps to trace out relevant drawings and documents to decide on Permit to Work requirements. Imagine what will happen if, work permit is issued for excavation without checking the underground electric cables, water and sewage pipe line, or gas pipe line or communication cables? It ensures corruption less system and in total it ensures Business Continuity is maintained.

Without trainer there is no skill enhancement program can work sustainable...iam sharing my pain Full experience iam working as vocational trainer under outsourcing company under flagship if rmsa Madha Pradesh from last 3 months we are not getting my salary ...and without salary how can I able to provide quality education to our future generations if iam hungry ... dear sir kindly help us

Indian economy is a agriculture based economy to a great extent. Providing agricultural skills in an interesting way using AR/VR, drones for various agricultural activities is very important. Solar energy, hydro energy, etc. and Unnat Bharat Abhiyan schemes should be used to create infrastructure to provide on-line training and hands-on-training on use of drones, efficient agricultural skills, etc. The institutes facilitating these activities should be made available in a group of 4-5 nearby villages so that local people can easily attend the classes and get trained. A small amount of scholarship may be provided to motivate them and carry the work forward by training others, implementing the knowledge not only in their fields but also in their neighbor's field also because most of them will be having small amount of land. Use of local materials and site specific techniques should be taught to solve local problem. Transportation, drinking water, solid waste management needs emphasis.

besides skill, aspirants should be taught how to market those skills, cold calling is the most underrated technique taught in college but used by service companies. Also professional networking, it's not just a skill but hot skills, no one wants to train but steal from others in the private sector. Some of the practical tips attached.
