Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World.

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

I am an engineer of 1967 vintage. Engineers' Education is 'Far from Practical' and Deployment after edn is 'Clerical Babudom'. In nutshell, the diploma holders work as Junior Engrs like in PWD n Electricity Boards and Degree Holders as Babu Engrs. Full life they get job done from contractors or ITI Technicians. For the Nation Technology Grip n Development lacks all time. Time to Change way we produce Engrs and Junior Engrs. ITI trained technicians do the actual engg job in limited spheres. Training at Diploma Level snd Degree Level need to be more focussed at this grass root level with technicians rather than making B Tech Course a "Jack of all trades n Master of none". Only Software Engrs are trained well for limited role. Skill Development Bosses in India need to look at proficency levels of eleven streams of Technicians in Indian Air Force. Wonderful. These Technicians are Diploma Holders with Real Hands On Expertise. Country incl IAF must groom its Graduate Engineers same way,

Every Children is born with certain Skills let us identify this and record it in a register first. Next we should start developing this skill from the school. Education system has to change it should have different segments of knowledge, life science, career oriented and skill development. if child is tuned from school then we know how he progresses with interest. By the time they come to collage a students know what course to take and equip for all entrance tests. Collage syllabus should be designed to take on their dream job or an entrepreneur skills. Collage Education should be tuned as per the market and business needs every year so that new subjects can be introduced. industrial leaders should come to collage and give Lectures on what Skills they expect from their employee prospects. So a student's vision is continuously tuned for his dream career. Apart from this collages should conduct skill development generally required. like language, computer, communication skills.🤔

I would like to share a few ideas: 1.CA's CS CMA exams and syllabus needs to be reduced as it is difficult. 2.Gst practitioners and technicians must be increased and more govt job opportunities needs to be created 3. Skilled and unskilled people both must be given job opportunities. 4. Skilled courses must be given free of cost with govt certificate 5. Age limits for govt and bank exams must be banned.a person who is above the age of 18 can apply and write exams till he or she is placed. 6.private jobs must also be secured

Sir as the success of UPI payment is unprecedented. And a huge success. The currency of high value that is 2000 seems not very important. During election seasons or the raids done, when we see the currency of 2000 and 500 hoarded , gives the feeling of abolishing it straightaway. Please look into this and do the needful as doesn't seem to be difficult for you.

Dear Sir I was transfered to kochi recently & I have joined duty from 7th Oct ,I have severe health problem on 26th Oct & I seek immediate help for vehicle for Hospital but it was disappointing that I was clearly denied for same. I had to go Hospital by walking. Because of total non cooperation in this my urgent medical requirement , also even non cooperation throughout my reimbursement of my due on arrival at Kochi.Due to such harassing environment I have to seek help of police , this was just to help me in this condition & not malign anyone or organization. But to my surprise this complete matter was highlighted like anything in total false manner & I was given Show cause notice. Also Ambujanagar was also totally mis informed by Kochi unit about the incidence , due to total negative narrative by some one Kodinar HR has taken very harsh step & asked me to resign or accept termination letter. In due pressure I couldn't decide & forcefully my sign was taken by Ambujanagar managemen
