Road condition is bad in Kestopur are. Condition of the Kestopur Canal is equally bad. Each monsoon season sees water logging in the whole municipality area. No work seen to prevent mosquitoes. Please provide basic needs/services and then go to make it smart.

We should look into the best and smartest practices implemented in big cities worldwide and try to implement the same in Biddhannagar. We should try to use latest cost effective technology and standardize it in all wards.

The canal that separates saltlake and VIP road can be used to harness Solar energy, by installaing solar panels and this energy can be used to light up street lights, public places and parks in Bidhannagar. This will make Biddhanagar energy efficient.

Save the rain water,slowly stop the under ground bore wells for huge buildings,In Kolkata natural resource are more comparatively to other cities.Water resources should be saved from culprits , trees should be saved.In the name of development don't destroy the the grown and old trees.Schools and colleges requires more for young one who can get the facilities near by house. Walk-able distance or they can use bicycles.Good hotels and enough public toilets all important places for gents and woman's

Proper road,underground drainage,mosquito free area,pure drinking water for wall,bus facilities should more,auto menace and pollution created by old autos and vehicles should be stopped.Make fine those are spitting , smoking and violating signals.Connectivity (wiFi) etc to all younger to elders.Medical facilities to all.
