FM should rationalise this tax. Anybody should pay a flat rate of 5% and utilise the money. 50 % of this may be locked in deposit for 3 years under 54EC or purchase of property if needed. Rest may be kept in Bank FD. This will help banks and the economy.FM may also introduce a voluntary disclosure scheme with 12.5 % tax. Here too 50 % proceeds should be locked in under 54EC for 3 years and other money may be used at will. This will add money into banking system and possibly lower interest rates.

Eradication of black money can start from capital gains tax. Currently one is required to purchase a residential property of equivalent amount or claim exemption under section 54 and 54EC. Now that the real estate has sky rocketed the gain appears substantial. But is it really so? The compulsion to buy residential property of equivalent amount or interest on investment of 50 lakhs may not help people to have a reasonable living. Hence tendency is to evade tax thus generating unaccounted money.

Is there any foul play with the EVM ? Has the IIT ians helped AAP to manipulate the EVM with Mobile applications ? Is there any way to interfere the EVM operation by Electronic intervention either by WIFI or RF interference? This is to be investigated. Matter serious and needs a thorough investigation.

Good Governance - Marshal of the Air Force (2002) Arjan Singh - Padma Vibhushan (1965) was the Lt. Governor of Delhi from Dec 1989 - Dec 1990, had introduced time bound implementation of projects in Delhi and monitoring by ordinary citizens like me.
Time bound implementation of projects became norm of the day during Dec 1989 - Dec 1990.
Huge hoardings were put up at project sites that included information such as name, telephone number of the contractor, Engineer-In-charge, department head, dat
