There is a scheme by the gov. of India of building toilets in villages where contractors are given the construction job by the government. I suggest that the local daily wage workers should be trained and used for the work. This will assure them of wages and also prevent the upsconding of workers begoer the completion of the work. Presently, the work is being done pathetically. The workers have dug deep pits and left them open for a long time now which is causing a lot of problems.

As we all are aware that Under Indian Constitution, Law is Supreme, All are equal in the eyes of Law and no one shall be punished without being given a chance to prove his/her innocence. If this is the case, why supreme court cannot form a Uniform Parental Civil Law for ALL Indians irrespective of caste, creed or religion to see that India ever remains a Secular Country. I strongly believe that all elected representatives of any party have the moral right to save India from communal disharmony.

First of all khadi production can be boosted by implementing khadi in students uniforms of both schools and colleges. Khadi can also be made compulsary in uniforms of state and central govt employees. Branding of khadi can be done by hosting khadi fashion shows or khadi melas at prominent locations of the country, most of the celebrities should take up the initiative, air hostess should be made to promote khadi by wearing khadi sarees. Khadi training institutes should start throughout country.

With respect to Income Tax, I request Mr Arun Jaitley to invite a CA student to list down numerous deductions, which needs to be studied and changed to the present time. One example - Children Education Allowance of rupees 100 per month for two children allowed for 12 months. We need to look at the relevance of the amount and also check other allowances if they need to be dropped or to be redrafted or changed to meet the needs of the salaried class of today. Students take pain to remember them.

Marketing and bringing economies of scale is important to make any rural business successful, customers buy products which are marketed well. We need to establish a system which market these products.
