I hope and trust that by hanging a plastic pouch of a larger size in the compartment instead of keeping the dust bins (which very oft get overfilled) as is being done in USA and other countries, the garbage in the carriage could be cleaned up. 1) One has to apply a lot of pressure for flush out and the handle may be replaced with an easily operable system
2) There is no liquid soap in the container kept in the wash basin
3) The AC system is not all working satisfactorily

Dear P.M. At the outset, I am sorry to comment on the incredibly worst sanitation prevailing even in upper class compartments like 2 Tier AC. I had the opportunity of travelling in 2nd AC compartment.I had occasion to travel by Train No.16231 Mayiladuthurai-Mysore Exp. on 21st Nov. 2014 by AC 2 Tier sleeper vide PNR No.451-4092472 along with my wife (both being Sr. Citizens). Modiji In order to enhance Khadi products insist all politicians to wear khadi dress at least in parliament meetings. Then give orders to all schools, colleges, govt. institutions etc. to wear khadi once in a week. Conduct awareness campaign.
