{acontd.] could not only cut the flab of deficit but also present a tax free budget in the ensuing years to come. This will also raise our economy rating in the global circles thereby increasing the credentials of our Nation before the World Fora. Secondly, this will pave way for better foreign investment and prospering our economy all over. This will not only boost the image of our present Government amongst global nations but also will unfurl the redcarpets abroad, enhancing our global image.

{contd.] were ruled by the Britishers, there was not this much of rampant corruption as the uniting force for the citizens was the sole cause of attaining Freedom of the country. But, with what result now? The Bharat Maata is shedding tears and her lachrymal cries are falling on deaf ears. We talk of black money. But, it is more important to wipe out corruption from our nation and if we seriously concentrate on this malaise spreading its tentacles all over the country like a Banyan tree, we

Dear Prime Minister, While your pet project of Clean India (Swachh Bharat) is a nice idea, yet, I would suggest "Clean Corruption" movement and each and every Govt. department should be brought under surveillance for over-all cleaning. Especially, the States are proving to be corrupt dens and revenue officials are amassing wealth like anything. This could be compared to a situation whereby the entire harvest is eaten away by old bandicoots and nothing remains for the sowers. At least when we

{contd.] time that the entire structure and constitution of these tribunals is revisited and restructured with due emendations to the Rules and Procedures so that there is accountability and well speaking and reasoned orders are given by these Benches instead of a single stroke order with the remarks, "dismissed" or adjourned or "reserved" . This suggestion may evoke criticism as well; but one should get down to brass tacks and dwelve upon the malaise for this sorrowful situation.

{contd] those giving such verdicts. My aim is not to cast any aspersions but only highlight the reality now. Cases are inordinately delayed on some pretext or the other and finally, shown the doors or confined to dust bins. What was the purpose of setting up of these Tribunals ab initio? Was is it not with the intent of redressal of gravamina of Government employees? But, on the contrary, these serve as a repository for achieving the selfish or ulterior motives, in reality. Hence, it is high

Dear Prime Minister, As a citizen of this Great Country, I am really exasperated to find the administrative set up in the country a really cobweb like house. For example, with the lofty motif of expediting administrative cases, CAT was set up; but with what result nowadays? There appears to be a vested coterie whereby nepotism and moneypower plays the pivotal role. Even in cases where precedents have been prevailing, these are either rejected on some flimsy grounds or reasons best known to
