THERE SHOULD BE UNIFORM RETIREMENT POLICY, i. e., 30 YEARS OF SERVICES OR 60 YEARS OF AGE FOR TECHNOCRATS and 30 YEARS OF SERVICES OR 58 YEARS OF AGE FOR NON-TECHNOCRATS - which ever is earlier. No extension, what so ever, in any case. This will help in yielding job opportunities for the youth and give them chance to contribute for the nation. There should not be any consideration to save the dues to the retirees. SIMILARLY, AGE LIMIT SHOULD BE DEFINED FOR THE POLITICIANS TOO - 65 YEARS MAXIMUM

FINANCE BUDGET :- Finance Minister must consider the Income heads under which no change have been made since last 60 year e.g. Conveyance Allowance, Children allowance and many more etc under Income from Salary head so that Aam Aadmi take benefit of the Budget and budget must focus on the issues which are related to Aam Aadmi in our Country average salary is 10000 to 20000 which is very short for the Palan Poshan of a common man's family. So its my request in the coming Budget please consider.

"Rs 1.2 lakh crore solar plan in the works for jobless tech grads, MBAs"
Some days back, i read this headline. Kindly implement this regulation to achieve the target of 20GW solar till 2019.
We are also very much interested to install 5MW solar plant through this plan.
