The more important thing is that each child should get standard and equal education. and I mentioned this word "each" because there are many children who are still don't even getting basic primary education. I know its a big task for us to make this possible but if we want a developed India then we have to do something in this direction. They are the future of India and if they are not getting structured education then how they portrait the new picture of our country. I think this is an issue

Teachers play a significant in socializing and shaping the motivation of their students..A teacher's behaviour as the most important and,at the same time, extremely underutilized motivational factor in the classroom. Let us bring this grooming for all those who work with children..

If the credential of a teacher is judged only by the degree certificates, research publications and recommendations then the quality of the students will keep on degrading. Which in turn will produce a lower quality future faculty. The is a need of teachers who can engage students in thinking on what they are learning. Also the evolution of students should be focused on their ability to apply their knowledge.

The key word is synergy: No need to buy expensive training equipment and hire t

We need a well-formed mind, not a well-filled mind. - Shashi Tharoor
To the point - India's education system, sadly, embraces the latter. Right from day 1 at our schools, what is stressed upon is memorizing stuff, rather than questioning and reasoning. How to think is what we need, not how to remember. To remember, we do have HDDs and SSDs, right?
