while deciding the norms for the differnt popsitions in the colleges there must be consider tha availabble resources as it may be fulfilled as the requirement.
fees & salary must be decided by the regulating authorities.
there must be equality in all modes of education as govt.colleges,aided colleges & self finance colleges.
theer must be given due recognition to the self finanve colleges as they contribute about 80% of their effort in the development of country.

PART - IX It is my humble request to Honorable Ministry of HRD, please take concern of this matter and take immediate necessary steps to stop this type of wastage of public hard earn money and stop this types of unauthentic Business. Government should fix some life span of the text books (minimum three years) and all school authorities should be directed to that they can’ not change there prescribed book list before three years. And publishers also ask not to publish new edition every year. If needed they can publish supplementary in addition to the main book.
