There is a need to put in place a School Quality Assessment and Accreditation System to cover all aspects of school functioning, including scholastic and co-scholastic domains, physical infrastructure, faculty management, school leadership, learning outcomes and satisfaction of pupils and their parents/ guardians. Better governance structures in schools striking a balance between mandating and persuading, training of district and block-level education officers as well as head teachers for better management practices, on using data to better monitor and support school performance, and to mobilise community resources and efforts to improve school performance. What are the current experiences and how can they be bettered to achieve tangible results.

while deciding the norms for the differnt popsitions in the colleges there must be consider tha availabble resources as it may be fulfilled as the requirement. fees & salary must be decided by the regulating authorities. there must be equality in all modes of education as govt.colleges,aided colleges & self finance colleges. theer must be given due recognition to the self finanve colleges as they contribute about 80% of their effort in the development of country.

PART - IX It is my humble request to Honorable Ministry of HRD, please take concern of this matter and take immediate necessary steps to stop this type of wastage of public hard earn money and stop this types of unauthentic Business. Frame some policies / rules to stop this wastage of public money and stop this bad practices and organized crime as early as possible.

PART-VIII Government should fix some life span of the text books (minimum three years) and all school authorities should be directed to that they can’ not change there prescribed book list before three years. And publishers also ask not to publish new edition every year. If needed they can publish supplementary in addition to the main book.

PART-VII Most of the parents are not able to spend this much money every year, so they stop sending their child to the schools and it is one of the most important reason of increasing number of dropout students in India.

PART-VI When we are talking for strong & develop India, and we forgot to take care (intentionally / non-intestinally) of this types of big issue which badly affected to everyone, and it also directly affected Indian Economy as well as public hard earn money.
