There is a need to put in place a School Quality Assessment and Accreditation System to cover all aspects of school functioning, including scholastic and co-scholastic domains, physical infrastructure, faculty management, school leadership, learning outcomes and satisfaction of pupils and their parents/ guardians. Better governance structures in schools striking a balance between mandating and persuading, training of district and block-level education officers as well as head teachers for better management practices, on using data to better monitor and support school performance, and to mobilise community resources and efforts to improve school performance. What are the current experiences and how can they be bettered to achieve tangible results.

promotion policy should be prosperous. no need to send each and every child in next class without capability under rte. rules of rte must be ammended.education must be child centric but teacher oriented. teachers should perform their best but he must not be afraid or punished for the result...so that teacher can provide their best without any tension. teacher must get the respect as previous concept which was opted in gurukul pranali.

mushrooming of schools with out proper infrastructure and staff is creating havoc on the standard of teachings, there is a need for periodical professional audit of the schools for staff and aids. school should not be allowed to become a commercial investments, local school inspectors be made more accountable and liable for severest punishment for dereliction of duty. various examination boards be made responsible for ensuring availability of educational infrastructure.

विद्यालय तभी खोलने की अनुमति दीजिये जब सभी संसाधन जुटा लिए जाएं। और जगह-जगह विद्यालय खोलने के बजाय कुछ जगह संसाधनों से लैस विद्यालय खोलिए। आस-पास के स्थानों के लिए बसें लगाईये। ऐसा गरिमामय विद्यालय बनाईये जहां आकर बच्चे और उनके माता-पिता अपने को गौरवान्वित महसूस करें।

सरकारी शिक्षा "कामचलाऊ" मानसिकता के साथ चलाई जाती है। उसकी तमाम जरूरतों के प्रति किसी तरह की संवेदनशीलता नहीं दिखाई देती। ऐसी कोई मांग करने पर हंसी उड़ाई जाती है, शिक्षकों के वेतन और पैंशन का ताना दिया जाता है या चुप रहने का संकेत कर दिया जाता है।

सरकारी शिक्षा अगर निजी शिक्षा से पिछड़ती हुई दिखती है तो इसके पीछे मानवीय तथा भौतिक संसाधनों की घोर उपेक्षा है। एक-दो शिक्षक भेजकर और एक-दो कमरे उपलब्ध कराकर स्कूल की अवधारणा को साकार कर दिया जाता है ।

3-शिक्षा को चलाने का दायित्व शिक्षा-शास्त्रियों के पास होगा तो शिक्षा का भला होगा। प्रशासन शिक्षा की बाधाएं दूर करने में सहयोग दे तो ज्यादा अच्छा रहेगा। तो मोदी जी हम चाहते हैं नई शिक्षा नीति में आप राज्यों की शिक्षा को स्वायत्ता का प्रावधान करेंगे तो शिक्षा का भला होगा।

2-शिक्षा को प्रशासन की तरह नहीं चलाया जा सकता। शिक्षा के लिए अलग एटिट्यूड चाहिए। राज्यभर के स्कूलों में एक साथ छापेमारी शिक्षा का भला नहीं बुरा करती है।
