There is a need to put in place a School Quality Assessment and Accreditation System to cover all aspects of school functioning, including scholastic and co-scholastic domains, physical infrastructure, faculty management, school leadership, learning outcomes and satisfaction of pupils and their parents/ guardians. Better governance structures in schools striking a balance between mandating and persuading, training of district and block-level education officers as well as head teachers for better management practices, on using data to better monitor and support school performance, and to mobilise community resources and efforts to improve school performance. What are the current experiences and how can they be bettered to achieve tangible results.

Pre- Primary education should be started to government Primary schools. There should be Elementary Schools upto 8th Class taught by T.G.T , Secondary Schools from Class 9th to 12th should be taught by P.G.T. It Should be a crime to admit a child less than 4 years of his/her age in the school.

1. shiksha swayatt ho- samajadharit ho.shiksha neeti shikshavidoan dwara tay honi chahiye- IAS adhikariyoan dwara nahin. 2. shiksha par samaj ka adhikar hona chahiye.

There needs to be a transparent system to evaluate schools. Minimum criteria for opening schools should be set high. Creative education, safety, food quality, sufficient and good equipments should all be a measuring factor. Spare the the rod and spoil the child should not be the motto and neither should toleration of mischievous activities as a result of wealthy and powerful parents. Equality in treatment of students.

The inspections and visits of accreditation teams like AICTE ensure good quality education in engineering colleges.Similar inspections are to be made compulsory for the continued functioning of the schools and obtaining recognition from the government.

The school to provide inclusive environment for children irrespective of class, gender. Teachers to engage with community with positive attitudes so that community also owns up the school and provide mutual support in the day to day functioning. School assessment to help in the progress in the learning levels of the children, teachers to have individual portfolios of children-progress monitoring, SMCs develop SDPs, the allocations & utilisation of budget to be timely without any delays.

RESPECTED NARENDRAJI MODI, I think we must do survey of parents according to DEMOCRATIC POLICY. Means entire India will get correct idea where is the craze of students. If they want to go for private English medium school / Govt Hindi medium, Marathi Medium etc. School. If more are seen towards English Medium then give grant to those schools. Means poor will not suffer.

Right from early school days,we should encourage 1 news reading individually by all students covering in a full academic year 2 public speaking individually by all students covering in a full academic year which can in mother tongue and later in english 3 assessment tests setting question papers and and correction by students by themselves from class 8 onwards with the above , we can remove the shyness and produce courageous and good future citizens
