I am a student and I just wanna tell that why there is special preferences given to the sc/st/bc/obc category even if they are learning as same as general category. So this makes the partiality between the students who are in general category and sc/st/sbc/bc category. I remember those days when I am seeking admission but the cutoff are so high then my percentage and in opposite side a those students got admission even they got 60%(sc/st/obc/bc category) and still I am waiting for next cutoff.

There is an urgent need for a single Educational Governance System. A system that would not only keep a record of all the school activities and physical infrastructure but also keep the school informed about the latest trends, changing laws conduct seminars, have discussion boards etc related to the field. There should be a single government website where in all the issues related to schools be solved with 100% transparency. The same system can set standards for schools & also giveAccreditation

Give the power to the people to supervise school standards and Management. Parents should be allowed to check any time without any prior notice to anyone. Any irregularity observed by them and reported should have provision of stringent punishment even termination.

Authoritarian school management system must be demolished!! Democracy must be established!! Equality among teacher's must be cherished and encouraged if there's no democracy in system how can we expect students to be democratic.

For schools in villages, the conditions might be:
1. The teachers should be well-educated.
2. The students would be charged less fees.
3. The school would cover every subject of learning.
4. No age group boundations.
5. The time table would be flexible as it was at the time of British rule. The student going out should give a reason.
6. The books should be provided by the school itself.

A policy should be launched by the government containing the conditions required to run a school. They are:
1. It should have qualified and well-educated teachers.
2. The school should have everything being covered under studies.
3. Classrooms should be well-equipped.
4. The admission percentage of a student to enter in a school should be 85-90% minimum. If not passed, optional coaching for admission test should be given.
5. The rules and regulations would not promote the students to loaf.
