Education standard in schools is seriously decreasingly. Today, several schools are facing the lack of teachers. Several schools, across India irrespective of state, are being run on 1 or 2 teachers only. Several states had not appoint any teacher for 2 decades.
If There will not be any teacher, then who will teach? Therefore, The solution says the appointment of teachers across the country.

I have a more interesting view point towards our education system, we always compromise on quality because of so called "eligibility" likewise if you have done graduate in maths than only you can do post graduate in Maths and this is true for most of the post graduate courses. There should be a system similar to followed in US where people are being chosen based on their passion to study in a particular area rather than so called eligibility of being a graduate in a particular area to do PG.

There should be a National Rating System for all Schools based on amenities,affordability,extra-curricular activities, sports facilities, performance and teachers provided. This uniform rating system will help Parents in deciding the best school for their wards and also keep a check on high fee charged by schools.

Please close down, where no of students in class is less than 10 or in a school less than 100. Give a free bus pass and give / provide mini bus permits to villages, which will help the students to commute and villagers also. If there is no govt bus provide allowance. Lot money is wasted on teachers salary in schools less than 50 and not proper teaching. Single teacher teaching 1-5 standard students

Mr. PM & Education Minister Ji, firstly we have to maintain our junior section on urgent basis, our teachers are not interested to provide education to their children in Government School, what a mistake done by Gov. If the person appointed by Gov. who provide education & responsible to educate our child but not ready for same education to his children. If we can improve these situation we can reach our goal of quality education in india. Upto 5th Standard Gov. School must for Gov EMP's Children

Education department, ministries of each state should take out more time to do real time field survey and capture - a) what is the need of hour from industry people to make them employable - what kind of skills required etc b) from students - what they need / have in mind. Should be unbaised and w/o intervention of intermediators. Then after collecting all inputs, try and see how the gaps can be brdiged- short term and long term.

Let each state govt. education department has an electronic way of Grievance addressal system. There is no way an Aaam admi can approach , education department and tell their problems etc. Unless the Govt. starts listening and prioritizing on key issues, how do you expect system to change and improve towards betterment of society. Else schooling system shall remain like chrony capitalism.

Sirs, these topics have been discussed threadbare by learned experts umpteen number of times. There is also another live topic for discussion, "PRIVATE SCHOOLS VERSUS GOVT. SCHOOLS" -pulled-out of cup-boards by many TV-channels when they run dry of any program, but have fired-up activists to liven-up their TV screens. Where action has to take place, there things are done with another predominant motive, well-known to us all. Tap these sources to get all materials under above topic- to bag-full
