Internalization of concepts of Quality has to be accomplished by Stakeholders of education. Therefore, alertness of quality has to be imbibed in Parents, Teachers & Society. In this direction, “Jagruti Abhiyan” may be introduced such as “Acche Padhai - Jeevan Mithai” for Primary, “Acche Shiksha-Sacche Shiksha” for Secondary & “Padavi me Gunavatta - Antarrashtriya Manyata” for University education with a mission to imbibe Quality awareness and concepts.

The kind of fees what each school is quoting is just unbelievable. Most schools which are around the IT companies charge nothing less than 2 lacks per year excluding transportation. There are also schools which ask for more than 5 lacks per year as tuition fees. Just imagine the kind of profits the managements make. If there are 40 students per grade with 4 sections they collect fees of 3 crores 20 lacks. Just imagine what would be there expenses and profits with multiple grades in the school.

None of the schools follow any regulations stipulated by the state government for admissions. The rules and regulations is just a joke for these schools. Is there anyone who cares about these issues in this country is question? if not then I i think most parent should think about migrating to some other country for the purpose of educating their kids.

Unlike CBSE most schools affiliated to ICSE claim 4 years as of may 31st to be the minimum age for LKG adimission. Going by his standard most kids (june july born) would hardly get a chance to write a UPSC exam after their graduation because of the age limit which has recently set to 26 years. By the time the childeren complete degree (5 yrs courses) they would be around 25 years with hardly any time to prepare for exams. The kind of fees what each school is talking about is just unbelievable.

If a parent is lucky to get a application form after paying a hefty amount then next hurdle is the interview. There is absolutely no clarity on what basis the applications are shortlisted. Each school has its own age criteria (with a very narrow upper and lower band) to select candidates. More than selection it is to refuse admission to the deserving and sell it to most favorables by pretending to make compromise on age criteria for a hefty sum.

How ironical is this that well qualified teachers are facing unemployment, and such teachers are moulding our country's future. I would really like to know that through what selection process are these teachers recruited by our Government!

This video comes as an emergency warning for the whole nation. The future of our country lies in these illiterate and uneducated hands. If the government does not come up with strict education policies pertaining to the selection of quality teachers, then all the other policies concerned with the overall development and progress of the nation, will fail, terribly. This needs an urgent address by the Government of India.
