India Science (www.indiascience.in) is an Internet-based science Over-The-Top (OTT) TV channel. It is an initiative of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt of India , implemented and managed by Vigyan Prasar (VP), an autonomous organisation of Department of Science and Technology. This 24x7 video platform is dedicated to science and technology knowledge dissemination, with a strong commitment to spreading scientific awareness especially with Indian perspectives, ethos and cultural milieu. The initiative is supported by National Council of Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC), DST.

Science and Technology are the main driving forces of the nation and fundamental to the progress and growth. But there is a distinct difference between “science” and “scientific”.

I urge the PM to immediately resolve the issues with farmers. India is suffering because of the dissatisfaction of the farmers. India must only include those laws that are approved by the farmers. honorable agriculture minister is not trusted by farmers because he never seems to be serious enough. it seems the one man army of honorable PM will have to talk to farmers and take necessary action to resolve this issue. people will respect the PM even more if he makes changes to the law after talks.

Growing scientific temper among indians , have removed the habit of speculation , hunches , adhoc decisions ,gut feelings , inspiration , aspiration , wondering , thought so ,expected to , risk , fear , anxiety ,losses , ambigious decisions , etc and all decisions are made on scientific data , statistics , know how , technology , science , which are devoid of emotions and sentiments and are rule book to follow in any enterpeunership decisions ,and digital technology has brought more transparency

For the safety of two wheeler users on highways the side strip size be increased upto 2-3 meters which is presently about 1 meter and should be for bike users only. This can reduce risk of accidents/ deaths to great extend. Also cars, buses and truck drivers will have less trouble during driving.

For last 48 years , we have been spending on defense lacs of crores of rs , with no war , only planes getting outdated and getting crashed , and we purchased more new jets ,loosing our focus on devlopment and economy ,in present world it will be impossible of any country conquering other except some strip of land ,which again with such expenses we are not able to defend , imagine if we may have used such budget in overall devlopment of country and its citizens welfare

Alongwith growing scientific temper among indian , comes responsiblity , govt is supporting various ventures by indian scientists , like space venture, govt is also loosing hundreds of crs of rs on failed ventures , in a devloping country , we cannot afford loss of such huge amount on semi hatched inventions , just for namesake , govt may have got vetted by other country having experience beforehand ,with added expense ,and joint name ,atleast overall cost is worth the utility it is meant to be

Instead of buying more defense equipments ,govt may buy more scientific equipments , which. Our talented scientist , graduates can use to further invent ,world class laboratories in all scientific fields , world class libraries with collection of all writeups of all scientist of world till date ,good campus like google ,facebook , we may not like india as a hub for manufacturing due to cheap labour ,cheap talent ,& earn cheap ,be satisfied with trade profit ,somehow india need to match dollar

Presently growing scientiffic temper ,is majorly limited to use already invented gadgets , softwares , equipments by foreign country ,which are imported or bought from foreign country ,&we have to take pains in understanding & using such latest equipments & its know how , india may become devloped country not by using already invented items available at high cost but by carrying foward from latest invented to further inventions which no country has attained , by strategic patnership to start

India should learn to live without fossil fuels or with minimum fossil fuels since they are the main source of environmental pollution& degradation! WE should aggressively plan policies for electric cars&locomotives& if possible CUT 50% of the crude oil import now&Raise price of petrol&diesel at least by 25 Rs per litre so that consumers are forced to switch to environmentally friendly non polluting way of living! OrganicFarming MUST BE the NORM now too&Promoted Too
