UNO to impose restrictions to execute mega projects which may impact on earth rotation and climate change .
Ex: tallest heavy structures , mazor dams of water containment , deep and mass mining from earth surface. Deep oil drillings, Nuclear tests.
It is necessary to frame mandatory principles by UN to follow for protecting our planet . Termination of membership may be imposed for non compliance.

Research in science has to be encouraged. There is no scheme at present a college/school teacher can do a PhD. please bring some scheme for the full time PhD programe of college teachers/ school teachers. Also promote research by minor research grants. through UGC.

Science is not just for the kids and the students. There should be an opportunity for the
people who are there in the industry and want to do some studies which are not in direct
conflict of interest with the organization they are working.

as the science increases even the pollution increase so as a student i say that even the science should increase and even they should take care of the nature. all our parents have enjoyed the nature but we have not seen as much as they have seen and i don't know will the future see it so please save the nature and even increase the science tecnology
