India Science (www.indiascience.in) is an Internet-based science Over-The-Top (OTT) TV channel. It is an initiative of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt of India , implemented and managed by Vigyan Prasar (VP), an autonomous organisation of Department of Science and Technology. This 24x7 video platform is dedicated to science and technology knowledge dissemination, with a strong commitment to spreading scientific awareness especially with Indian perspectives, ethos and cultural milieu. The initiative is supported by National Council of Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC), DST.

Science and Technology are the main driving forces of the nation and fundamental to the progress and growth. But there is a distinct difference between “science” and “scientific”.

Please publish free in the my gov website the achievements of the scientific community in terms of research for the development india not only in defence or space but also for all sorts of activities even a simple invention which helps crops grow faster with minimum water or some useful suggestions for preserving ground water, desalinating salt water, harnessing wind and solar energies for cheaper mode of fuels or for creating better amenities in each simple household cutting on electricity.
