India Science (www.indiascience.in) is an Internet-based science Over-The-Top (OTT) TV channel. It is an initiative of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt of India , implemented and managed by Vigyan Prasar (VP), an autonomous organisation of Department of Science and Technology. This 24x7 video platform is dedicated to science and technology knowledge dissemination, with a strong commitment to spreading scientific awareness especially with Indian perspectives, ethos and cultural milieu. The initiative is supported by National Council of Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC), DST.

Science and Technology are the main driving forces of the nation and fundamental to the progress and growth. But there is a distinct difference between “science” and “scientific”.

Indians by nature are scientific , but they don't express themselves , due to many superstitious beliefs. So they must be enlightened by the most scientific language and subject sanskrit . Science in sanskrit is like a ocean . Once they are enlightened scientifically they can be more righteous for their service towards the country . Study of science removes mythological superstitions. Celestial science was much advanced in Babylonia during 1800 BCE. Ancient Egyptians developed geometry during 1650 BCE. During 600 BCE, India had made considerable advancements in the field of medical surgery.

Many people still they don't know how to operate a t.v.phone etc due to insufficient of money.science is increasing day by day but how much it's going to underground and how many are facing it.the invention is high but the spreading of the knowledge and skills to every individual is also to be considered it's important.technology should useful for the people but rather than increasing itself.major thing is to generate technological changes up to date to the everyone.it builds strong and length..
