India Science (www.indiascience.in) is an Internet-based science Over-The-Top (OTT) TV channel. It is an initiative of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt of India , implemented and managed by Vigyan Prasar (VP), an autonomous organisation of Department of Science and Technology. This 24x7 video platform is dedicated to science and technology knowledge dissemination, with a strong commitment to spreading scientific awareness especially with Indian perspectives, ethos and cultural milieu. The initiative is supported by National Council of Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC), DST.

Science and Technology are the main driving forces of the nation and fundamental to the progress and growth. But there is a distinct difference between “science” and “scientific”.

Agriculture is such a field, wherein the govt should support any idea on sustainability science. A lot of young farmers might have good ideas / different culture have different habits which are scientific and sustainable – especially.

Milk and snacks ( non processed )shall be made available to serve for children in Rail passenger trains and schools to support as hygienic food source . Boiled milk, boiled corn, groundnuts,sweet potato are some of the options which of low cost to serve. I expect improved food supplies for diabetics and children for supply in passenger trains.

There must be a recomended process and technology customized for producing boi fertilizers usable for transportation for use in farming to replace chemical frtilizers and pesticides for acceptable grades to export and for domestic needs. a detailed video with demonstration shall be made available for farmers to make self sustainable products to use and supply.

Science is the pursuit and application of knowledge acquired through a series of correlated strategic methodology and evidence, to analyze or solve a specific phenomenon or problem. Whereas, the word scientific means the embodiment of the essence of science through an approach,method or even mentality. The word scientific has a much wider spectrum than science itself. Whereas, science alone can be the driving engine to analyze a situation or a problem, scientific mind is the key to start it.

I strongly believe that only science can be addressed at beginning level and here I would like to aware about the synthetic glazing agent on coated fruits and fruits. Please note that the direct consumption of coated fruits and vegetables leads to the formation of NMOR; a hepatocarcinogen through the process of biological nitrosation. However, I will advice the countryman to please follow the rule of 3W (wipe, wash and water soaking) to minimize the effect of synthetic glazing agent.

The standard of schools need more reforms for better environment with healthy atmosphere for children to attract for learning with interest to participate in sports and games in parallel. computer lab, play ground, library, drinking water , milk and snacks ,professional teaching patterns, e card access ,crafts and events .Minimum requirements to be in place for recognition and qualifying to run a school. Security ,safety , annual health camps shall be mandatory
