1- Consumer should not be charged for the last pulse or minute of call drop.(Only for the call drop pulse=1 pulse)
2-Yes,Service provider should compensate the double amount of pulse to consumer account.

The customer should not be charged by the telecom companies.The customer needs to be compensated in minutes and it would be better if they double it.#TRAI#call drops#MyGov
