Govt. Should not privatise IDBI bank and play with future of its employees. Employees are bread earners for their families and joined IDBI bank after fighting competition in one way or other, thinking it as Govt. Bank. In India, in private banks there is no job security. As and when cheap labor is available in private sector, the old employees being experienced and paid higher are stressed too much that they have to resign from their job. Govt.
