GST return should be required to file in small cases e.i. turn over below rs.1 crore quarterly basis, while in other cases, the return should be required to file monthly basis. Further, the return filing period should be 30 days to 45 days and tax payment period should be 20 to 25 days. There should be some gap of atleast 8 to 15 dyas from to payment of tax for filling the return. Like disclosing of undisclosed income under Income Tax and VCES under Service Tax Scheme, to stop framer suicide there should a proactive approach from GOVT to disclose expenditure made by farmers and from where they borrowed that amount.
