India should promote holi festival around the world as a holi spring festival so every country can celebrate holi as in their spring session. Indian embassy or Indian community should organize on big scale with lots of media advertisement & coverage also free entry. Make sure alcohol, drug free and glass free so things don't get out of hand.

I hope our Railway minister takes this thing very seriously with regards to the development of Mumbai as a financial hub of our Country. Also with respect to my previous comment on transportation of Mumbai, if that thing is implemented in the rush hour, the rush will be reduced by 20 to 30 percent per train. I have a concern regarding the transportation of our Country, especially, Railways which is the largest public service sector. I am from Mumbai and the influx of people coming to Mumbai is increasing day by day. To cater this and coincide with the office timings, the schedules of the suburban trains running all across Mumbai needs to be changed keeping in mind the peak hours and allotting those slot/hours for ONLY suburban trains and not for Long distant trains in either directions.

In respect to GST, the taxation system should be simple and quick. The best method to collect the GST at initial level, There should not be system of added and cenvat method and payment of balance tax at the time of selling the end user. AT the first point of production and sales to dealer or whole saler, the whole amount of tax at the specific rate should be collected. It should be mandatory to file GST return by all the registered dealer for cross check of transaction monthly or quterly.
