Dear Govt, Can you please come out with an point by point analysis of land acquisition bill. We citizens are in real mess and no clue of is the policy is really going to help. If the policy is so good why not you on board all kisan samiti heads, call a two day seminar and answer all their doubts. Prove us you are right want to see India succeeding... but not at the cost of my farmers. Regards, Shailesh

The agriculture sector in India face No. Of problems or struggle at many levels.after analysing the rate of growth of agriculture sector as compared to industry and service, its totally stagnant.the major cause ate the rampant economic development, migration from rural to cities.Lack in basic amenities related to health and education as well. The major cause of decline in agriculture is declining in the public investment. The challenge requires a deeper engagement with the issue going beyond economy

With my 20 years of experience in developing computerised land record system in Governmnet, having AAdhar on a very large scale for indentity of citizen, the same AAdhar should be made mendatory linked to Land Records for KYK (Know your khatedar), a business process for land records. Similar to KYC business process in Banks. In Governmnet land Record database no identity detail is available.

farmers empowerment can be easily done if he is encouraged to do allied activities like animal husbandry, dairy farming, etc. For this govt should promote farmers to take risk and also share risk, for example in all scheme of cattle insurance no one covers the risk of theft or robbery, now how will our poor farmers take risk to buy 50k milch animal if even after insurance his capital is unprotected, this is just a small step without expenditure if govt and IRDA takes will boost their situation

Introduce ppp in farm sector . This sector requires attention in production and distribution. Since production is still better coz of work that our farmers put in. Distribution is poor, farmers don't get respectable money fr their efforts and consumers don't get fair price

Farmers are Dying.... Govt. can fix this problem in few months. For financial inclusion of farmer government should focus on "National Farmer Database" (primary key: Khasra Number and UID) to distribute compensation to farmer in time. This will help to save poor farmers from dying. An App will help Farmers to enter what they have sown into their fields, Patwari will verify it. Government will get data without any survey. compensation can be transferred directly to account.

Newspapers report about suicide of farmers in Bengal and other states. Why is it that when potatoes sell at Rs.10 per kg, farmers get only Rs.2/- What is the role of Panchayet and State Government? Modi Government must ensure that farmers get fair price for their products. Why should the wholesellers be allowed to loot and farmers starve to death? It's a very urgent and serious problem.
