I want to suggest for maximum employment with less budget, smooth functioning and for the skilled man power formation. For this head of the office should be authorized to arrange man power on their own basis.TRAINEE EMPLOYES can be arranged eg. Principal of the school can arrange trainee teachers from the eligible candidates from the near by area,on academic basis and govt. has only to provide the grant of 5 to 10 thousand and few extra marks weight-age in govt. jobs.Result:Own VILLAGE EMPLOY.

Mahatma Gandhi is the Father of our nation and this 150th Anniversary should be a moment to be remembered all around the world. The celebration of such a person has to be very special. The following things can be done to celebrate this 150 the Anniversary. 1. All schools and colleges to celebrate this day by organising competitions on Mahatma Gandhi life like poster making or Debate or Article Writing etc. Plays can also be enacted on this day on the life of Mahatma Gandhi.

Modi Sir, You are doing great job for the development of our country. But some states are unable to progress, especially Uttar Pradesh (Kanpur). This is due to thousands of reasons.Today, here, pollution, malnutrition, inefficient education, etc, etc, are at peak. I thought deeply, looked for some data and concluded that most of the problems are because of its huge population, so why not DIVIDE THE STATE and allow some more officials to look over same set of people .This is sure to work. As is mentioned in 'My Experiments With Truth' about the self-sustained village life, paying tribute to M.K.Gandhi really lies in adoption of 'Smart Village' concept. Smart Villages will raise standards of rural India and eventually the massive pour of migration of people towards urban areas will decrease hence decrease in tension on cities. India needs SMART VILLAGES and not smart cities.

Sir In my opinion to celebrate the 150th Birth Anniversary of GANDHIJI in best way is to give scholarship to meritorious students of CBSE annual exams of class 10th & 12th not on the basis of so called reservation system, single girl child, wards of ex-serviceman,,etc.

Problems & simplest solutions Q1. What should be done with the reservation system? 1. There should be no reservation (but changes must be bought slowly) Q2. How can we build houses for such big countries with so many poor people as quickly as possible? 2. From big stages, the leaders can announce that every rich person above certain criteria can build a house for just one poor family. Q3. How to increase Solar panel production in Indian and help all companies? 3. Ref Ans2.
