In my opinion, I wish to suggest a unique iniative which is the need of the hour to be taken up on this day : 2nd October, 2018 - Mahatma Gandhi's 150th Birth Anniversary by Celebrating Birth of each and every Girl child and Felicitating of all the Baby Girls / "Kanya" born on this day across the country.

Mahatma gandhiji was very great personality. He believed in non-voilence and truth. His dream for india was "GREEN INDIA, CLEAN INDIA",and on this auspecious occasion we should come together and put forward our hands in his project . I think that on this day we should clean our nearby areas and make our locality litter free. we should also plant trees on this day. but only planting trees is not sufficient but, taking their care is important so along with planting trees. THANK YOU!!!!

Gandhiji wanted the people of this country to be honest, truthful and hardworking. Therefore we should celebrate not just Gandhi jayanti but every single day by being truthful towards our responsibility and make others aware about their responsibility too. This Gandhi Jayanti let us focus on one major issue of India i.e Swachhta Abhiyan. All the national heritages and government institutions are to be cleaned.

In this present material world, there would not be a single person who did not spoke lie. So, on this Gandhi Jayenti we all should take an oth that at least we would not lie on that day. As truth was like Gandhi ji's right hand, so it would be the best tribute which every one can give.

People could be educated about ideas of Mahatma Gandhi through posters, banners and advertisements. Government schools can conduct writing competitions on life of Mahatma gandhi.

It's birthday of our father of nation.It must be made remberable event ever also because it's 150years. The thing could be done is first of all a event like supporting truth event.In this event a person should speak truth,& if needed to oppose some person who are not speaking truth . Hon Sir, Swaan river is lifeline of Una district .It recharges groud water. Thousands of migrant labroures living along this river in huts ,they defacate in open and pollute the area .It is also brought to your kind notice that shopkeepers,vehicle passing over the bridges at Jhaleda and Gagret throw garbage in river .I brought to the notice of Una administration and Himachal Pradesh Pollution control board for action to save this river but no appropriate action seen so far seen..
